This item must be checked for damage upon delivery or collection !!! If you don’t check this for ANY REASON no claim can be made.

The courier will deliver your part the next working day between 8.30AM – 5.30PM. Please check the condition before signing as accepting the part is accepting the goods in good condition.

This turbocharger is for sale only on „Exchange basis“. This means that you‘ll have to send us your old turbo unit back once you’ve finished with it.  After you purchase turbocharger on Ebay we will be in contact to transfer £150 + vat surcharge to our PayPal / debit card machine. After we receive your old turbocharger back we will transfer the surcharge monies owed to your PayPal account.

You must send your old unit back to us within 14 DAYS otherwise the warranty of your turbocharger

will be terminated and your surcharge will not be refunded. 

We do not cover shipment costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment 

costs from your own expenses.

WARRANTY ON TURBOCHARGER / CARTRIDGE

     ·    Turbocharger warranty lasts for 24 months from date of invoice or 24,000 miles whichever falls first. 

      ·   Turbocharger cartridge warranty lasts for 12 months from date of invoice.

Please call 07896534737 before returning turbocharger / cartridge. It may be possible that we can consult you and help to fix the problem without returning the turbocharger / cartridge to us. Please note that all turbochargers returned under warranty will be returned to you once the turbocharger is repaired. If Turbocharger / cartridge returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting a report will be given and charge for repair will be offered.

WARRANTY DOES NOT  INCLUDE/ COVER:

         money refunds

      labour costs

     ·    ancillary charges such as removal and refitting / hire of vehicles etc.;

     ·    any damage caused to engine or vehicle by failed turbocharger.

YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID IF:

    ·    You can’t support warranty claim with a valid main dealer invoice for the required parts(oil filter, air 

          filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, drain pipe – other parts may also need to be changed, please

          refer to the fitting instructions) and invoice from a professional garage / mechanic for fitting parts mentioned above. Your turbocharger will have any visible impact damage. For example if your

          turbocharger cartridge compressor wheel is damaged by fell in nut. Actuator housing has to be

          undamaged as well.               

    ·    Your turbocharger cartridge housing and inside parts will be blue colour. This is a symptom of   

         overheating which happens because of oil starvation.

   ·     If turbocharger / cartridge returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting /

         contamination from other parts of the vehicle are not covered under the warranty

   ·      If you are not able to provide our warranty sheet and invoice issued with purchase.

   ·      If your turbocharger seals are broken, unless you have prior permission from us to do so in writing.

   ·      If your vehicle ECU was remapped.
